We set out to cook food that we like and enjoy feeding our friends and family. Food that can be cooked with sustainable ingredients. Our menu always offers light, vibrant raw bar dishes, vegetable-focused small plates, as well as savoury, rustic pastas either made by hand or extruded daily.
We change our menu often, depending on what is available to us from our local farmers and suppliers. If you have a food allergy or dietary restriction, please do not hesitate to let us know when you make your reservation. We will do our best to accommodate you.
We work diligently to source as many of our products from local suppliers. We have also partnered with Transparent Kitchen, a digital farm-to-table platform, where you can learn more and connect with the craftsmen and craftswomen who ceaselessly help us elevate your dining experience with us.
